Lutixo is your AI analyst: it brings your investments and other assets together, monitors important changes, news, risks and deadlines, and alerts you to what matters. It explains what is happening and what it means for your wealth, and answers your questions in seconds. It saves you hours in spreadsheets and reading the news. You get a clear picture, useful context and more confidence in your decisions, whether you hold your first ETF or a mix of stocks, crypto and property.

Czechia and Slovakia.

Yes. Even with one broker, you get portfolio performance, dividends, news about your holdings and a Monday report in one place. When you add another account, simply connect it to the same overview.

No. First you answer a few questions and we tailor the overview, alerts and reports to them. You connect accounts later, inside the app. It takes a few minutes.

Automatically: Trading 212, Interactive Brokers / LYNX, Bitpanda, Binance, Kraken, Coinmate, Coinbase, and Bitstamp. We also read export files from XTB, eToro, DEGIRO, Fio e-Broker, Revolut, Portu, and Anycoin Direct. Upload statements from other brokers, banks or wallets as a PDF, CSV or screenshot. The AI reads trades, fees and dividends and shows you the result to review before saving anything.

Not automatically yet. You add cash, current and savings accounts by hand: you enter the balance and the date you checked it, and Lutixo counts them in your net worth. Investments held at a bank you load from a statement through the AI import.

Yes. We load the whole history your broker provides through the connection or in its export, with dividends and fees. That keeps the holding test and your real return right. If older trades are missing, for example after moving shares from another broker, you add them from a statement or by hand. Until then Lutixo flags them, so no tax is worked out blindly.

Yes. Lutixo runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, with nothing to install. A mobile app is in development, and we want to release it as soon as we can. The Monday report also arrives by e-mail.

Tax features currently support Czech and Slovak tax residents. Lutixo uses your tax residency and the relevant year to assess holding periods and exemptions where they apply, and prepares records for your tax return. Your app language and display currency do not change your tax residency. An adviser deals with last year. Lutixo watches this one. The calculations are indicative and do not replace a tax adviser.

Yes. For Czech and Slovak tax residents, Lutixo prepares an annual summary of securities and crypto sales, plus dividends including recorded foreign withholding tax. Amounts are converted into Czech crowns or euros according to your tax residency. Rental income and housing interest records use local rules and the information you provide. Download the records for your accountant; missing information and items requiring review remain flagged.

Yes. Every quarter Lutixo estimates the value and the rent of your property and counts the mortgage as a liability in your net worth. For a property you record tenants, leases, invoices and costs, so you see the return after costs. Rents, repayments and the end of a fixation are in the calendar, and Lutixo warns you ahead of a fixation ending.

We value the portfolio at the exchanges’ daily closing prices. For US shares you also see the live price on the detail page. Property is revalued every quarter. Everything is converted at daily rates into the currency you choose: euros, Czech crowns or US dollars. Tax records use a separate currency based on tax residency: Czech crowns for Czechia and euros for Slovakia.

No. Lutixo is a tool for tracking and analysing your assets. It does not provide personal recommendations to buy or sell specific investments. It shows your allocation, risks, currencies, liabilities, tax records and calendar. Target allocations are compared by asset class only. We take no trading orders, arrange no trades and earn no commissions from selling investment products. The decision is always yours.

No. Connections are read-only, with no right to trade or withdraw. Lutixo reads and evaluates data, but it cannot buy, sell or send money. Your money stays with your broker.

No. We encrypt all data in transit and at rest, and keep financial data apart from your identity. Nobody learns what you own, not even us. We do not sell data or share it for advertising: you pay with a subscription, not with your privacy. Servers are in the EU, and your account is protected by two-factor authentication and passkeys.

No. The AI does not learn from your data. Your questions are processed by an AI provider under a ban on retaining data (Zero Data Retention) and a ban on training models.

When you delete your account we remove the data and destroy the encryption keys. Your data then becomes unreadable for good, to anyone including us, and in backups too.

Yes. You cancel the subscription in the app, under Subscription. It runs until the end of the period you paid for and nothing more is charged. You can have your data deleted.

Yes. An invoice arrives by e-mail for every payment. When you pay you can enter a company name and VAT ID, and the invoice is made out to the company. You pay by card through Stripe.
